Senior Sales Negotiator
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer to join us.
This is a part-time position offering flexibility over working days and hours, ideal for an experienced estate agency professional seeking autonomy and work-life balance.
The role will be based at our Wrington office and will cover the surrounding area.
- Undertake residential property market appraisals
- Generate new business and secure property instructions
- Proactively identify and convert market appraisal opportunities
- Conduct accompanied viewings and actively seek viewing opportunities
- Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors to achieve the best outcome
- Register applicants, manage enquiries, and book appointments
- Prepare sales particulars and marketing materials
- Progress sales from offer agreed through to completion
- Effectively utilise and maintain agency software systems
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, buyers, and professional contacts
- Proven experience within residential estate agency (essential)
- Experience carrying out valuations and winning instructions

- Rural planning and development
- Valuations
- Rural tenancy matters
- Advice on rural support schemes and subsidy applications
Candidate profile:
- MRICS and FAAV qualified, with a minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience
- Strong technical competence across core areas of rural surveying
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property-related software systems
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential
